The St. Alphonsus website has a new addition in the Daily Reflections section — a Devotions page that includes Rosary videos made by the Eppley family.

David Eppley, a 2013 graduate of St. Alphonsus School and a member of the Class of 2017 at Cardinal Wuerl North Catholic High School, produced the videos as a high school service project.

Looking for someone with whom to pray the Rosary? Click on the videos and you can pray along with  David; his sister, Laura; and mother, Sue Eppley.

The videos include beautiful images inside our church and from the church grounds.

How to Pray the Rosary

Need information on how to pray the Rosary or simply want to know more about its history?

When you link to these four Rosary videos — for the Joyful Mysteries, Sorrowful Mysteries, Glorious Mysteries and Luminous Mysteries — the website page includes detailed Rosary information and explanations of the mysteries.

Daily Reflections

The Daily Reflections section on our Home page also includes a link to the day’s Scripture reading as well as a link to a reflection and meditation on the day’s reading from The Word Among Us.

Catholic devotions and traditions enliven and nurture our Catholic faith, touching our hearts and allowing us to express our love of God. Prayers and devotions include the Rosary, Eucharistic Devotion, Meditations, Litanies, Prayers, Mary and the Saints, and Stations of the Cross.

We plan to add more Devotions to our website in the future.
